Randomly losing internet connection

I am randomly losing internet my connection. Just started happening recently. To fix it, all I have to do is disable the connection manually, then re-enable it, it re-acquires IP addy and viola, no problems for the next 20-40 minutes, sometimes less, and it dies again. When trying to use repair option, it lags a little and says it can't repair it. A real big inconvienience at most when trying to download fles from work. Also using ICS with another computer. This has been a problem since installing SP2. I have just finally got fed up with it. Ran spyware tool, clean. Ran av, clean. Cannot find any REAL problems as of yet, so please help if you can.
