Unfortunately I cannot find an online manual.

Do you have a copy of the MSI manual?

If so it should show you how to enter the BIOS settings. (often pressing the delete key right after power on). In the BIOS settings there should be chip-set settings or FSB or CPU settings as to Over-clocking.

Sorry I cannot be more precise without the specific manual
