Just to clarify: what is the exact name of the Sony program? Are you trying to install it or uninstall it?

If you see the Sony program listed remove it.

Also did you try all the steps posted above?

All your other Events are failures of OneCare Live.

You might want to stop using this program until your other issues are sorted.

Also what is the make and model of the computer? When was the last time that it was cleaned inside?
