yes, i tried all the steps above, and it didn't get rid of it. I am trying to uninstall the sony stuff, it is the sony erikson communication suite,image editor and mms home studio. I don't think that it ever installed properly, and now it won't do anthing !
How do i find out the make and model of the computer?
