I need drivers for my HP MX75 Monitor and some PCI drivers
I recently "downgraded" to Windows 98 using a computer PC that was previously working with Windows XP Professional.
I simply installed Windows98. And the reason for that was that I was tired of trying to run Windows98 programs/games on XP. And I simply always liked to work with Windows98.
Anywhoo, after installing Windows98, I discovered that my computer needed some drivers.
My Monitor Display only runs in awful 16 bit colours, instead of the 32 bit colours it had before. I noticed that befored I did these changes to my computer, I noticed that on Display Properties>Settings>Display>It said S3G_ProsavageDDR. I suppose that is the name of my graphics card.
My other problem is that I got at least 4 PCI problems. I got a "?" symbol on these:
? PCI Multimedia Audio Device
? PCI Card
? PCI Ethernet Controller
Needless to say, my computer does not have sound. And I checked to see if I have a sound card on my PC and there is a very small card (like an inch long). I think that is the sound card.
By the way, my computer is a:
Authentic AMD Athlon (tm) XP 2000+
And my monitor has been identified as a "MX75" on Display Properties. It's an HP model.
Do you know where can I get the proper drivers in order to make my PC work fine again?
Thanks!
