have you tried re-installing printer driver?

also, is it posible to isolate one of the faulty computers and plug the printer in and see if it works? could it be a problem with the network on those PC's (can you access files/folders shared on the network) it could be the workgroup name (start>rt click my computer>properties>computer name)
