This Dimension 3100 is a real pain. As well as the CiD problem - it has a problem with built in Sigmatel High Definition Audio (tried all the fixes from Dell - still doesn't work - a known problem). And the Hauppauge TV Tuner won't recognise any drivers.

It would be quicker to go and buy all the P.C hardware, build the P.C, install XP and other programs and give them their P.C back as new.....
