PC not loading
hi im new here and not that good with all the tech bits of computers.
my pc wont load up properly, when i switch it on i get an error message saying that wondows did not shut down properly last time and it lets me choose which option ot load the pc in (start windows normally, last know good cofig or the 3 safe mode options) i have tried all of these options and none of them will get me to the log in screen, in safe mode it lists he files as it loads them and stops once BTHidMgr.sys has loaded and then the screen dos not change for a few seconds and then it restarts the comp (when i dont use safe mode it gets to the windows loading screen, th bar is moving along the bottom and then it restarts after a few seconds
i thought one of my system files was corrupted so i tried using the recovery cd that came with my computer and when i put it in and set the computer to load from the cd drive first and then load the hard drive it just wouldnt work, this is what happens: i switch on the comp and it shows the fujistu seimens logo and then it sows some text about primary slaves and some other stuff and normally at this point it says boot from cd/dvd at the bottom but when i have my rovery cd in it does not coem up and the comp stays at that screen forever unless i turn it off. i then tried using another cd that came with my computer (drivers and utilities) and in one of the booklets it said that i could use that to resotre my computer to its original state (so it would be like its brand new and would have the programs that it cae with already installed) i tried that and it managed to load past every other option i had tried and then i saw a fujitsu logo and the mouse pointer and then an error message came up saying rcovery files not found and then it restarted.
i would apprciate any help you guys can give me
and if you need any othe information about my comuter to help you then just tell me what i need to do to find tht info and ill post it asap
