Re: Computer freeze up while scrolling

Did you check your temperatures and your CPU usage?

Did you check your Event Viewer?

For the driver try looking in the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and look for Intel drivers and choose remove. If further prompted choose Display drivers only.

If Intel drivers are not listed there then go to the Device Manager (right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager)

Click the + next to Display Adapters

Double click the Intel device and then click Driver then Uninstall.
