This is a developers tool to debug software.

HP.CUE.Video.PlaybackControl is the source of the error. This is a .NET Framework error.

This is HP Image Zone software.

Did some attempt at a new or reinstallation precede this startup error?

You may need to reinstall the relevant HP software -- but if it is just an "out of nowhere" error, why not try doing a "system restore" to a date just previous to the error? You can undo these if not helpful.

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
