Hello everyone

For some unearthly reason my computer has decided not to show any information after it has run throught the 'Windows Starting' bit. The screen just remains blank with no action from the HD light.

I have tried to use the 'system restore,' to no avail.

I decided to try my WinXP Revovery Disk which gets as far as 'Windows is Starting Up,' then comes up with 'Setup cannot find KBDUS.DLL so shut down the computer etc.'

Starting XP in Safe mode enables me to find KBDUS.DLL in the 32 system. but for some reason it cannot be found on Start-up.

I have checked with MS on the net using my wife's machine (this is from my wife's machine) and it says to give Full Control to everyone. But how does noe do this please?
