It sounds like fun. Holly and I right before I broke the foot went on a trp seeing relatives in Alabama,Mississippi,Louisiana and Austin Texas. Of course since Holly loves to gamble we hit the Paddle Boat Casinos. Spent all my time in the Kiddee arcade gaming area while she gambled. We drove on our trip cuz we decided it is too much of a hassle to fly with the paranoia and lack of control invovled besides Holly is deathly afraid of flying. Yeah, prices for air travel are going up to the point where only the very wealthy pretty soon will be the only ones to afford it.. I grew up a military brat and have lived from Alaska to Florida and New Jersey to California and I like the desert best. No restrictioma on personel freedoms and the law enforcement out here id usually common sense. No Hurricanes,Tornados,Floods or Fires either. It aint a real exciting place for somebody younger in there 20's I'd say but for a old git like me it suits me just fine.
