Open start (BUTTON)>Run>cmd and type in the following:
  • sc stop MyDNS (press enter)
    sc delete MyDNS (press enter)

  • sc stop SessionLauncher(press enter)
    sc delete SessionLauncher(press enter)



REBOOT and ensure the above lines are no longer present.
