Click on Widgets on your browser and google toolbar is there but experiment with Opera as its display of toolbars will be different. I use Opera,Epiphany,Firefox but I run Linux.

Also in addons there are different skins and if you close the tab up top to the beginning it takes you to speed dial which is like a favorites function.
