You may still have
duplicate antivirus tools running (RPS AntiVirus (provided by your ISP) and Authentium AntiVirus SDK - 2). Such tools often conflict with each other and cause system instabilities. Uninstall 'authentium' and let us know if you did.
Also, if you previously had installed separate security tools from Computer Associates (CA) - Pest Patrol, it may advisable to cleanup the following (will provide instructions, if needed):
