There does not appear to be any remaining PestPatrol Service still running and no antivirus tool duplication still evident.
SELECT HijackThis FIX ITEMS: Scan with HijackThis and place a check next to these items:
O23 - Service: CA Pest Patrol Realtime Protection Service (ITMRTSVC) - CA, Inc. - C:\Program Files\CA\PPRT\bin\ITMRTSVC.exe
Make sure that all browser windows and internet links are closed, even this one!
CLICK ’FIX CHECKED’ with HijackThis.
