Quick initial response:

The ONLY valid/legit (VISTA) FILE PATH for EXPLORER.EXE should be:

C:\windows\explorer.exe

SEE:
c:\windows\explorer.exe vista - Google Search

All other FILE PATHS (such as SYSTEM32) will generally be guaranteed to be malware.
