Uninstall Combofix:

Go Start > Run
Type in:
combofix /u
Note the space between the "combofix" and the "/u"
Restart computer.

Open HJT, and checkmark:
- O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
- O16 - DPF: {4ED9DDF0-7479-4BBE-9335-5A1EDB1D8A21} -
Click"Fix checked" button.

Restart computer.
Post fresh HJT log.
