Hi, im not great with computers and yesterday got pop up's tellin me i had to upgrade my microsoft security, i think this is a scam as i jst got directed to a page for me to pay. even when i said no page kept coming up every couple of minutes! i managed to get rid of that by using Ad-Adware but since then, had problems with internet, when i search it goes to totally different page and the only way to get the right page is to put the url in. Also the internet goes off randomly! Also computer has froze a few times only way to make it work is to pull plug out the back and restart it. Please could someone help as computer is very inportant as do a lot of college work on it.
