We have couple of issues here.
First of all, two antivirus programs, and two firewalls are used: Comodo Internet Security, and Norton.
One of them has to go.
If Norton, use Norton Removal Tool: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool

Then, AirGCFG.exe, WZCSLDR2.exefiles seems to be a part of D-link router software:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [D-Link AirPlus G] C:\Program Files\D-Link\AirPlus G\AirGCFG.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ANIWZCS2Service] C:\Program Files\ANI\ANIWZCS2 Service\WZCSLDR2.exe
Is your friend having any internet connection issues?
