OK. Two things.
I'm assuming, Comodo Internet Security (AV + firewall) is current security program, so any Norton/Symantec must go.
If the above is true (about Comodo) re-run Norton Removal Tool.

Secondly, connection problem may/may not be connected to two security programs present.

Lastly, your errors indicate router, NOT modem problem.

Let's start with sorting out security programs issues, and we'll go from there.

When done, post fresh HJT log.
