HI. I have read post after post on Ubuntu. Ubuntu has a lot of net hook up problems. When I tried it with dial up I did not get it to work. I tried PCL user name, password, phone #, up & working. I have wireless net. I have had good luck running PCL. Two years +. Looking forward for the up and coming 2009 edition. I up dated to 2009 & restated PC & it locked up & I tried to install with a CD & it locked up. I have not changed or add any thing. Thanhs Fred
