.net framework V 3.5 SP 1, V 3.0, V 2.0, & V 1.1 manual downloads. You do not need the SDKs unless Unless you program in a .net language. If jephree says that a reinstall of the .net framework will give you back your access then I believe him mainly because I've never heard of this situation and I didn't know what this account did.
