Have you tried any other spy ware scanner? What is it scanning when it freezes? Have you tried using a system restore point? Have you tried safe mode? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program? Has it ever worked for you? Have you made any hardware/software changes recently? What are your system specs?
