That depends on the chipset/BIOS capabilities programmed (or not) into the motherboard, and the CPUs capabilities and thermal thresholds. In other words - nearly every computer is different. Most warning and shutdown thresholds can be adjusted by the user - not always a good thing as some users slide the threshold up, instead of seeing why temperatures are climbing.
