Too often when I turn computer on,MY computer will not download any programs.I have to turn off manually.and restart to get onto any programs at all.I also have problems with router getting on line.There are 2 computers on the router.I have to pull power from router and leave it off for about a minute,and then I can get online.Any suggestions?
