ok heres the problem

im running windows XP professional. I downloaded directx 9.0c and I go to install it, everything runs perfectly until BAM the logo testing thing comes up. (you may wonder why direct x a microsoft program hasnt passed microsofts logo testing, I wonder too) anyway, normally theres the button to override the logo testing, but no, there isnt, it simply says "hasnt passed microsoft windows logo testing, software will not be installed" and theres no override... it WILL NOT install... I turning off the device signing option, still... doesnt pass logo testing, wont install... somebody please help me, i NEED to play my world of warcraft.
