those are mostly hardware errors. some relate to your IDE cables & or IDE controller.

you have 2 hard drives? do you have a controller card?

have you changed any of this hardware recently?

also cd/dvd drive?

also errors on your connection:

Model NetoDragon 56K Voice Modem: is this new? or has it been working ok?
