Boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus.../search/ie.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...//www.yahoo.com

Click Fix Checked

Then delete the following files and folders. If one of them doesn't exist, please tell me because this will help:
C:\WINDOWS\EliteToolBar
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kalvvnw32.exe

Reboot and post a fresh log
