You shouldn't have any hardware problems then, your graphics card (I call it graphics card, sometimes others call them video cards, same thing) is the same as mine and should be capable. Your computer may be struggling to handle the games due to being slightly "clogged up". I you don't clean out your PC regularly and have too many things running, these can all be keys to crashing applications and games. Have a read of
this post I wrote some time ago, outlining the many steps to clearing out your PC. Try to grow through all of these and give your PC a good clean. Then try the games again.
