A qucik search shows this list as unneccessary.
Leave messenger on if you want it to start automatically.
The same for Shareaza & your Epson printer.

In my opinion the easiest & most usefull way to do this is with this little program:

Here you can uncheck & recheck startup entries without deleting.

It is easier & more comprehensive than msconfig
