you can do this for free:

Right click on the entry you want to get rid of, go to Properties, General, put a check in the box for Hidden, click OK.

or you can Buy something like this:

tho this behavior is indicative of a spyware problem you might want to download and run Hijack This and post your log in the Spyware section in this forum.
