Hmm the only thing i can think of right now is this
see if Uninstalling the Google Toolbar helps if
no you can always reinstall it.

i would also try the same thing with EarthLink TotalAccess
but only after trying what i post above but again make sure
to have a backup copy of what you are going to Uninstall.
