Hi,

I have two desktop PC's at home and want to set up a wireless network to be able to share an internet connection and printer etc.

I have gone to PC world and got myself..

PC Linc 10/100 Network Card (NIC)... PCL NW100B
Netgear 54 Mbps wireless ADSL firewall Router
Netgear 54Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter

My first problem is my network card, i have followed the steps and it all appears to be setup but when i run the diagnostics thing on the disk provided it says that it can not find any LAN cards.. I have configured IP addresses and I can't think of what I have done wrong..

any ideas ?
My second is getting my router to link to the internet I have taken the phone line out of the old modem and plugged into the router, i haev followed the set up wizard but get stuck when it comes to getting the internet IP address and internet connection details, I'm on AOL if that makes a difference,

Please can someone help me !! I've been trying for a week to get this setup and am really stuck!
