3.problem a. i keep getting pop ups, i have popup blocker on supplied by google, also any that appear i place on system as a restricted site, but they still manage to popup
4. after running scans like norton, which is on all the time, also have windows defender, and registry mechcanic, i have tried to ammend registry, but everytime i enter regedit it comes up with messgae program in use by other application.

can anyone help and where do i start.
