You appear to be running two (2) firewalls and two (2) antivirus tools or leftover remnants thereof:
Norton AntiVirus Firewall Monitor Service
ZoneAlarm Firewall
AVPersonal
Norton AntiVirus
You should only be running one of each or there will be problems likely similar to that being observed. Disable or uninstall one tool in each category.
Vsmon.exe is a 'ZoneAlarm' process. Did you properly uninstall it in 'Add/Remove Programs' in Control Panel? It may also be necessary to reinstall it in order to properly uninstall such a tool.
