See if these steps help remove the remaining ZoneAlarm components:
Try to end the
vsmon.exe running process (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) in 'Task Manager'. Try stopping the service again.

I also notice some remaining references to 'Symantec' in youur HJT log. Should there still be products from that company on your PC as far as your know?
