Finally I managed to remove vsmon.exe successfully after reading a bit off the site that you refered me to i started thinking if i was admin or not then i remembered some time ago when i had to fix my computer and logged into safe mode on admin, so what i did was just logged into my system in safe mode under admin and fixed the problem... (man i cant believe that was all i had to do) also I deleted all the programs that where a problem but i have one more question I checked in control panel and looked at my users and the only one i have active is my personal one it didnt say anything about admin,, how do i log onto admin without it being safe mode??
