Re: loading screen problem
As a first try I would run a System Restore to a point prior to that game installation.

Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key after your BIOS POST but before Windows starts.

Choose Safe Mode and then choose System Restore. Pick a date prior to your game install.

That install itself should have created a Restore Point.
