The trouble with animated avatars is that most that I find exceed the maximum size allowed on here. They can be edited to make them smaller with software like ImageReady which comes with photoshop.... but I can't afford that. If I spot one on another forum I nick it and save it for future reference. I have made a few in the past but the file size ends up massive because of all the layers.
