when i tr to clsoe itunes a runtime error with a big red x does come up

that must be i b/c when i refresh it .. it comes up for that time... I hate computers!!!!!!! thank you so much for helping me.. what can i do about the red x now

i ended up just deleting my itunes.. i think it might have something to do with that i dont have a virus protector what kind would you recommend?

Avast and AVG are two good free anti-virus programs.
