Problem With Dell
hi guys,
im a dell tech trainee, i want to be real good in this profession that i choose. if you have any questions or anything, feel free to ask. maybe i could be of help. but im kinda new so forgive me. i wanna learn more, il do my very best to help you out with that. the main reason that i created this thread is for me to learn more. thanks! and hope you could help me oh super techs in this board to help resolve the problems. im not that techy! thanks

Read. Best way to learn. Read the threads and digest. I worked Dell Tech Sup. for 18months and burned out (Actually go gun shy from a Lawyer how pushed every button I had) However, I have been doing supports since I was 12.
