After being unable to connect to the internet all day I have finally got on.

We were all blaming the router and was about to go out and buy a new one. I thought I would check that it wasn't a problem with my ISP so I phoned freedom2surf just to check their service status.
Amazing customer service......... he tested my phone line and did loads of tests. He talked me through getting into the router settings and now it's all working brilliantly. I am so happy I went with freedom2surf.
