Israel Plans to Hit Iran Nuke Plant

Israel has drawn up plans for a combined air and ground attack on Iranian nuclear installations.
"If all efforts to persuade Iran to drop its plans to produce nuclear weapons should fail, the U.S. administration will authorize Israel to attack,"

Tehran says it is prepared to confront any threats and that it would protect its nuclear sites.

"We will defend our nuclear sites with all our strength and we are ready to ward off any possible aggression," Iranian Defense Minister Ali Shamkhani told the semi-official INSA students news agency on Saturday.

I suspect it is becuase Israel is almost a puppet state of the USA. They seem to get most of the military kit from Uncle Sam which creates a nice income, or are they just given away ?.

If Israel start a war then perhaps more sales for uncle sam ??

Yeah probobly, its just stupid though america want them to invade I bet well bush will. Messing around with nuclear weapons is dangerous and I can see visions of the US once this is over going over to help doing mass aid etc to make them look even more better after they encourage it.
Each country should just stay on there own grounds and not interfere with other peoples countrys.

The US is pretty much the only 'good' friend that Israel has...

It a pretty complicated story but here's how it started.

Had President Franklin D. Roosevelt lived a few more years we might be living in a very different world.

Seems Truman has caused alot of grief for the US. He was indirectly responsible for the Vietnam debacle. He refused to acknowledge any assistance to a young Vietnamese by the Name of Ho Chi Min at the end of WWII. All Min wanted was a democratic govt. similar to what the US and Britian had. Oh well, History will judge us all.
