wmp toolbar in xp
hi, i have wmp 10 and i had 2 re-install it because my songs from napster wernt playing, and i can't get the toolbar

it says in the help:
Right-click an open area of the Windows taskbar (such as below the system clock), point to Toolbars, and then click Windows Media Player.
Note
The first step turns on the feature and must only be performed once. A check mark appears next to the Windows Media Player command to indicate that it is turned on. To switch to mini Player mode in the future, simply perform step 2.
I know i have done it before, i had the miniplayer enabled 2 weeks ago!!

Try going to start/run and type regsvr32 wmpband.dll This should register it and the option should be visible on the taskbar then.

I found this and it reports it as a known issue. Apparently you have to roll back to wmp9, untick the wmp on toolbars then reinstall wmp10. Dont know if it works.

i cant find any traces of wmp9 on my computer (like setup files or anything)
sorry it took so long to reply, havnt realy had longer than 10 mins on the computer, been doing coursework for school
