Im not too savvy

Hey guys, I'm really not good with this computer stuff. Here's what i need to know...I have a newer pc with XP on it. But I have an older clunker with 98. How do I transfer files from the newer one to the older one without using cd's. Is there a way to connect the two, and if so, how do I transfer the files? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you want to transfer files from the 98 to XP or XP to the 98?

Does the 98 not have a CD drive?

If you just want files off the 98 onto the XP you could also just move the drive itself from the old computer to the new.
