on the hook it was priced at £19.99 and when I when to pay was told it was £29.99, I queried this extra £10.. so the guy went over to the place they were and saw it was priced at £19.99 and that's the price I paid

lol, they have loads of mistakes on their website, i was looking at key switches and they said 180mm instaed of 18.0 so i e-mailed them to tell them lol
