Bt Broadband Down?

Anyone else had their BT Broadband offline for the last few days? Mines still down and so I have to use another location for the Internet, BT say they have made some major mistakes with their exchange upgrades...... anyone else got/had problems?

I am not with BT but my connection is really, really slow. It feels like it's worse than dial up used to be.

I have had no Broadband at all since Wednesday, BT have so far been completely useless at providing me any kind of service or support. I am totally sick of calling there indian call centre and explaining every time who I am and what the problem is. You would think they would keep some kind of record but every time they say whats the problem? can you tell me what router you are using? AHHHHHHHHH!!!!! This is not the first time I have had poor support from BT either, they seem to have absolutely no idea when it comes to customer service.

i had a similar problem with tiscali. turned out to be a bt problem. the exchange was not working corectly
