apprenticeships?

hi, i've tried and am still trying to find apprenticeships in computing (maintanence, mainly hardware and windows troubleshooting) but havn't found anywhere where i can apply for any. I live in Knowsley, i've looked on knowsley's website (knowsley.gov.uk) but that just tells you what you need, some jobs websites say "apprenticeships" on google, but most of them are too far away or actual jobs.
Where else can i look?
any ideas?
