some electrical engineers in uni are doing a programming course..... helish weired when i want to email everyone in my dept, and i forget we got the extra's

Quite simple really. ALL of the cards are replaced. Take note of the 'first set' and you'll see that the 'replacement set' is totally different, hence the 'correct answer'.
